All prices listed below are for personal and non-commercial use only.
For commercial requests please email me for discussion.
The commission prices include a simple coloured background (gradient, colour shape) which suits the overall aesthetic of the artwork

T&Cs

1. General terms
a) You agree to my T&Cs by commissioning me.
b) Prices are subject to change based on demand.
c) I have the right to reject any order for any reason.2. Payment
a) Full payment upfront;
b) No refunds provided;
c) Don't send any payment before I have agreed to accept the commission.
d) Commissions are done by order of acceptance;3. Communication
a) Please be available for constant updates - Communication is important for a more efficient work and better results (If you are unreachable for a week+, the commission will be cancelled and no refund will be given).4. Process and Delivery
a) Clear character references required. Written descriptions of character personality traits also appreciated.;
b) Updates will be sent for revisions;
c) You have the right to ask for as many revisions as you wish (within reason). No revisions to pose, accessories and details after you approved the sketch;
d) Commission time may vary depending on complexity. (usually 2 weeks - 1 month);
e) Once finished, the full-resolution image via email (PNG).
f) If there is an unforeseen or unexpected life event that might delay your commission, I will update you and ask to be patient with me.5. Copyright and Usage
a) I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
b) You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels with credit to me, @fukomii_
c) Personal commission: You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece of any kind (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD services and platforms, make prints, reposting as promotion, etc.)
d) Personal commission are for private person/ groups of persons only;
e) I will not profit further from the commissioned fanwork unless discussed otherwise.
f) If the commission includes your OCs, I will mention and tag you as the owner of the character(s) (flexible for discussion on posting)6. Refunds*
a) Refunds provided only if I am unable to start or proceed with your commission for extreme circumstances.
b) If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.7. Additional fees
a) Additional fees may apply depending on the complexity of the request;
b) If it is a NSFW commission, additional fees may apply depending on the complexity and nature of the request.
c) Additional fees may apply if there is a complex background request.
